This practical, informative workshop is designed for anyone who would like hands-on experience of the basics of this extraordinary and far-reaching therapy. For the complete layperson, the workshop will provide a starter kit of simple but very useful techniques for home use in many routine health situations. For the healthcare practitioner or student contemplating professional training, this workshop is an ideal taster and confidence builder.
YOUR WORKSHOP LEADER
Vicky Smith BSc Hons, MCSP, MCSS, CST-T is an experienced CranioSacral therapist with a background of physio and pilates. She facilitates the Northeast CranioSacral study group and actively assists on courses with the Upledger Institute whilst being committed to her own learning and development within CranioSacral therapy.
