Beginners Clinical Pilates Class – This class is perfect for you if you are completely new to Pilates. Mark, Vicky, Emma and Sammie will be able to guide you through your class.

Mixed Ability Clinical Pilates Class – This class us suitable for someone who has had previous experience of pilates classes either with ourselves or at another venue or they have completed at least 6 weeks of our beginner’s classes.

Classes are 45 minutes long and will include a gentle warm up, the main body of the class and time at the end is always allowed for a few minutes of relaxation. Every week, classes will be different and will usually focus on a specific aim or area of the body. If you are recovering from injury, an operation or not sure if pilates is appropriate for you, we advise a 1:1 session before commencing classes – book with Vicky or Mark or ask us about our online beginner’s workshop to go through the fundamentals of pilates.
