Join us for our latest block of physio led pilates classes.

Be expertly guided through a programme using APPI based pilates exercises to improve core control, strength and posture. All our pilates classes are led by either Mark or Vicky Smith, both experienced physios so you will receive expert guidance.

PRICES

3 week block – £30.00 per person (Monday classes 10.00am & 11.00am)
4 week block – £40.00 per person (Friday classes 10.00am & 11.00am)
5 week block – £50.00 per person (Monday classes 6.00pm, 7.00pm & 8.00pm)
6 week block – £60.00 per person (Thursday)

Individual class/taster class – £11.00 per person – If you cannot come to a full block or would like to try a class, then please call us on 0191 3731176 and we can check our availability. We can normally fit you into a class. Individual class fee would apply.

CLASS DETAILS

Beginners Physio Led Pilates Class – This class is perfect for you if you are completely new to Pilates. Mark and Vicky are expert physio’s who will be able to guide you through your class.

Mixed Ability Physio Led Pilates Class – This class us suitable for someone who has had previous experience of pilates classes either with ourselves or at another venue or they have completed at least 6 weeks of our beginner’s classes.

Classes are 45 minutes long and will include a gentle warm up, the main body of the class and time at the end is always allowed for a few minutes of relaxation. Every week, classes will be different and will usually focus on a specific aim or area of the body.

If you are recovering from injury, an operation or not sure if pilates is appropriate for you, we advise a 1:1 session before commencing classes – book with Vicky or Mark (1:1 is £47.00 and 45 minutes but this is not essential), or ask us about our online beginner’s workshop to go through the fundamentals of pilates.
