Join us for our latest block of clinical led pilates classes.

Be expertly guided through a programme using APPI based pilates exercises to improve core control, strength and posture.


  • 5 week block – £50.00 (Monday classes only) per person or join our Tribe membership
  • 6 week block – £60.00 per person
  • 6 week block – £36.00 – Teen Pilates

Individual class/taster class – £11.00 per adult.
If you cannot come to a full block or would like to try a class, then please call us on 0191 3731176 and we can check our availability. We can normally fit you into a class. Individual class fee would apply.

  • Beginners Clinical Pilates Class – This class is perfect for you if you are completely new to Pilates. Mark, Vicky and Sammie will be able to guide you through your class.
  • Mixed Ability Clinical Pilates Class – This class us suitable for someone who has had previous experience of pilates classes either with ourselves or at another venue or they have completed at least 6 weeks of our beginner’s classes.
  • Classes are 45 minutes long and will include a gentle warm up, the main body of the class and time at the end is always allowed for a few minutes of relaxation. Every week, classes will be different and will usually focus on a specific aim or area of the body. If you are recovering from injury, an operation or not sure if pilates is appropriate for you, we advise a 1:1 session before commencing classes – book with Vicky or Mark or ask us about our online beginner’s workshop to go through the fundamentals of pilates.
