Pilates At The Chapel



Join us for our latest block of physio led pilates classes.

Be expertly guided through a programme using APPI based pilates exercises to improve core control, strength and posture. All our pilates classes are led by either Mark or Vicky Smith, both experienced physios so you will receive expert guidance.


We still have a couple of classes available. 4 weeks left of the block for £32.00. Simply select the day and time of the block you’d like to book.


Monday Classes are available in blocks starting at 10am, 6pm, 7pm or 8pm on the following dates:

  • 2 August
  • 9 August

Thursday Classes are available in blocks starting at 6pm, 7pm or 8pm on the following dates:

  • 22 July
  • 29 July
  • 5 August
  • 12 August

Fridays Classes are available in blocks starting at 10am or 11am on the following dates:

  • 23 July
  • 30 July
  • 6 August
  • 13 August


Our classes are currently all mixed ability so ideal for you if you are a complete beginner or are experienced with pilates as progressions and modifications will be given for all exercises. Classes are 45 minutes long and will include a gentle warm up, the main body of the class and time at the end is always allowed for a few minutes of relaxation. Every week, classes will be different and will usually focus on a specific aim or area of the body.

If you are recovering from injury, an operation or not sure if pilates is appropriate for you, we advise a 1:1 session before commencing classes – book with Vicky or Mark (1:1 is £33 but this is not essential), or ask us about our online beginner’s workshop to go through the fundamentals of pilates. If you would like to try a class for £8.50, contact us directly and if there is space, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Our studio is a covid safe space with strict policies and procedures in place. Once you have booked your space we will send you a covid screening questionnaire and if you are a new client, a health questionnaire too.

You will be required to bring your own mat and head pad/ pillow and wear a face covering to enter and leave the building.
