There are a total of 4 blocks available at £56 – each consisting of 7 weekly sessions. Simply select the day and time of the block you’d like to book.

CLASS DETAILS

HATHA YOGA

Start your weekend beautifully with our wonderful hatha yoga class.

Hatha yoga is a series of both floor and standing postures, including some balancing postures to challenge our stability. Hatha focuses on neutral alignment, healthy mobility and breath work. Hatha works on all the muscle groups and provides a full body stretch out, nourishing and energising the body without exhausting it.

Led by our awesome instructor Deb, this class is perfect for beginners as well as regular yogis.

YIN YOGA

Give your body, mind and soul a wonderful yin yoga treat. Yin yoga is a quiet meditative yoga practice where floor-based poses are held still for 3-5 minutes.

It targets connective tissue rather than muscle; so instead of actively engaging your muscles, you relax into the stretch and let gravity do its work. It encourages joint mobility. It’s a very calming practice, great to soothe the mind and reset the nervous system. Perfect for an evening class, it will allow you a perfect opportunity to wind down before a restful sleep.

This wonderful class is led by Deb. To comply with COVID guidelines, class sizes are reduced and you will need to bring your own mat (we have some available to purchase if required), priority will be given to those who book the block.
