Be expertly guided through yogalates by Sammie. Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and yoga. You will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. The Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and assist in good posture.
8 week block – £80.00 per person or join our Tribe Membership from £40.00 per month.
Individual class/taster class – £11.00 per person – If you cannot come to a full block or would like to try a class, then please call us on 0191 3731176 and we can check our availability. We can normally fit you into a class. Individual class fee would apply.

Yogalates uses a mind-body connection to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual levels of those who practice it. This class is suitable for all and is a mixture or Pilates and Hatha yoga. By combining the two you will increase core strength, improve posture, while increasing flexibility and reduce stress.
The Pilates exercises are aimed to strengthen the core abdominal muscles, whilst protecting the spine and helping to aid in good posture.
The yoga element helps to improve flexibility and balance while getting into the right mindset to help reduce stress and relieve tension.
So, combining the two to ensure functional movement and whole-body health.
Classes are 45 minutes long and will include a gentle warm up, the main body of the class and time at the end is always allowed for a few minutes of relaxation. Every week, classes will be different and will usually focus on a specific aim or area of the body.
