Stress Express Teacher

Hi I’m Gillian and I deliver ‘Stress Express’ to teach people how to tackle stress and handle the challenges of life and work.

With a long history in Senior Management and as a CEO I recognised how many people struggled with their mental health and emotional wellbeing due to stress. I was one of them and I didn’t much care for the available support so in 2012 I set up Feel Good CIC to offer practical training to people who were seeking a positive and solution-focused way to handle life, bounce back and take control.

On top of my management and leadership experience I armed myself with a degree in Psychology, training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and became a qualified trainer and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Coach.

In the last nine years I have taught thousands of people how to tackle stress and the challenges of life and work in ways that are straightforward, practical and effective.

My focus now is delivering ‘Stress Express for Busy People’ – 60 minute stress- busting masterclasses for men and women who don’t have time to waste and would appreciate practical and action-focused techniques to tackle stress (whatever the cause) that can also be shared within the family as partners and children love my techniques too!

People don’t always like talking about the things that cause them to feel stressed – which is why my ‘Stress Express for Busy People’ are 60 minutes and have no fluff, faff or waffle and no having to discuss personal issues. What you get are 60 minutes of take-home techniques that you can fit into your everyday life, delivered with gusto and a good dollop of humour.

I simply love that by making everything straightforward I can have a positive impact on people’s wellbeing.
