Senior MSK Clinician – Physiotherapist in Primary Care

We are looking for well-organised Senior MSK Clinicians, to deliver quality clinical care for patients with MSK conditions.
Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical conditions, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.

We at Tayloredfit Physio are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinicians (experienced Band 5/Band 6) who are passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join us as part of a multidisciplinary team in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The full-time post (37.5 hrs) is a community-based service in a GP surgery providing a single-point of access for NHS patients referred by their GP with MSK conditions. We offer fast and effective physiotherapy-led treatment as well as expert clinical assessment, onward referrals, all from local and convenient GP community settings. This service design allows clients to be seen quickly, closer to home in the community, delivering seamless and evidence-based care for patients.
£33,000.00 – £39,000.00 (depending on experience)

Applicants will have a Physiotherapy Degree (BSC Hons or MSc), be registered with the HCPC, and be qualified as a clinician that works within MSK practice. Access to own car for work purposes for this community-based post.
- Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal physiotherapy services to provide excellent personalised care would be preferable although training will be given.
- An understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
- Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management
- Understanding of quality of audits and the integration of Evidence Based Practice

Are you a nearly or newly qualified physiotherapist looking for work within the musculoskeletal field and keen to work in the private sector?
We would love to hear from you if you would like to fast track your MSK career in a supportive, passionate environment where patient centred care is at the forefront. You will have protected time within your timetable for CPD and be mentored by our lead physiotherapists.
Your role will be clinical from day one, with your own caseload and protected admin time. You will work alongside a team of physios, massage therapists, a podiatrist, pilates and yoga instructors who are all experts in their field. Unlike the NHS, there are no rotations, and all your workload will be treating clients of all ages with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Your career will be fast tracked within a year, using reflective practice, clinical reasoning, mentorship, education, and assessment. On successful completion of our graduate programme your salary will be elevated to reflect your hard work, commitment and focus within this sector of physiotherapy.
£28000 rising to £33000 on completion of programme

An opportunity to join our expert team has arisen for a passionate, driven, and motivated massage therapist.
At Tayloredfit physio, you will be encouraged to continue your learning and strive for clinical excellence. As part of the team, you will have clinical support available from our physiotherapists, sports therapist, and podiatrist. You will hold a minimum level 3 sports massage therapy.
You will be experienced in the private sector and work as a self-employed therapist on a fee sharing basis.
Tayloredfit physio will support you and promote your treatments and services, provide training, uniform, and marketing. In return we will expect you to be enthusiastic and driven in providing the best quality care and services for our clients.
