At Tayloredfit Physio, we offer a wide range of classes to suit all ages and abilities. Our classes promote health and wellness, from physio led pilates, aerial yoga to qigong, we are sure there is a class for you! We also offer regular meditation and mindfulness courses.
All our classes are physio led, giving you clinically guided, specific progressions ideal for those recovering from injury or those looking to improve or enhance physical performance and core strength.
Our classes run in blocks of 6 at £48 and we encourage beginners to have a 1:1 session before starting a class.
seasonal yoga is a Hatha based yoga style, incorporating key asanas (yoga postures), and pranayama (breathing exercises).
This yoga practice is tied in to the changing energy of the seasons, helping to bring peace to the mind and body.
Post Natal Pilates
This course is perfect for new Mum’s anytime after your 6 week post natal check, designed to help your core and pelvic floor strengthen and help you progress in a safe way and guiding you which exercises to avoid. Bring your baby too.

Baby massage can help relax parent and baby, encourages deeper sleep, strengthens baby’s immune system, relieves wind, colic and constipation.

Meditation and Mindfulness Courses
Meditation and mindfulness are becoming more popular to help reduce stress, anxiety and allow you to connect with your inner wisdom.
Courses are 6 weeks at an investment of £85 which will include an online relaxation room with lifetime access to meditations and mindful practices, plus pdf documents for all delegates. Bookable through Helen Lea Resilience and Wellbeing Coach.

This pregnancy pilates class is an ideal way to exercise safely throughout your pregnancy.
Led by our expert physio, Vicky, you will build strength, stamina and prepare your body for your new arrival.
If you have pelvic girdle pain then we advise having a 1:1 session with Vicky before commencing classes. £48 for 6 weeks.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focussed movements.
Classes are £7 or book 6 for £36.
Aerial yoga is done in specially designed hammocks, designed to improve strength, flexibility and control whilst having fun! Suitable for beginners and those who have no previous yoga experience. £48 for a 6 week block, booking essential.
