OUR CLASSES

Step into our breathtaking Bamboo studio, where we hold classes throughout the week.

We provide clinical Pilates classes and Vinyasa yoga classes.

Our Pilates classes are clinically guided by our two lead physiotherapists, Vicky, and Mark Smith. Vicky and Mark will give you specific progressions throughout the class. Our Pilates classes are ideal for those recovering from injury or those looking to improve or enhance physical performance and core strength.

Our Vinyasa yoga classes are taught by our wonderful instructor Steph. Vinyasa Yoga is a form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so Steph will set the pace and intensity to suit you.

We also offer pre recorded online Hatha Yoga classes, pregnancy Pilates and post-natal Pilates.
