At Tayloredfit Physio, we offer a wide range of classes to suit all ages and abilities. Our classes promote health and wellness, from physio led pilates, yoga to tai chi, we are sure there is a class for you! We also offer regular meditation and mindfulness courses.
All our classes are physio led, giving you clinically guided, specific progressions ideal for those recovering from injury or those looking to improve or enhance physical performance and core strength.
Our classes run in blocks of 6 at £48 and we encourage beginners to have a 1:1 session before starting a class.
Meditation and Mindfulness Courses
Meditation and mindfulness are becoming more popular to help reduce stress, anxiety and allow you to connect with your inner wisdom.
Courses are 6 weeks at an investment of £150 which will include an online relaxation room with lifetime access to meditations and mindful practices, plus pdf documents for all delegates. Bookable through Helen Lea Resilience and Wellbeing Coach.
