At Tayloredfit Physio, we offer a wide range of classes to suit all ages and abilities. Our classes promote health and wellness, from physio led pilates, yoga to tai chi, we are sure there is a class for you! We also offer regular meditation and mindfulness courses.
The majority of our classes are physio led, giving you clinically guided, specific progressions and rehabilitation, in a safe, effective way. Class numbers are kept small and are ideal for those recovering from injury, or for those looking to improve or enhance physical performance and core strength.
Our classes run in blocks of 6 weeks at £48.

Tai chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements and is well known for it’s health promoting benefits. Suitable for all ages and levels.
Classes are £6 as a drop in, or £30 for a block of 6.

Meditation and Mindfulness Courses
Life can be stressful and chaotic at times and we can often become overwhelmed by negative thoughts and emotions. This course is ideal for anyone who is struggling to keep up with the demands of everyday life, or for those who simply want greater peace and fulfilment.
The course comprises of 6, 90 minute sessions giving you the chance to learn about the mind body connection. You will also learn techniques which can be used in the moment to transform stress into resilience. This course is a unique blend of theory and practice equipping you with all of the knowledge and skills you need to build these practices into your everyday life. We will also practice deep relaxation and guided mediations in a safe, nurturing space.
The aim of this class is to help you live a more positive and peaceful life. You must be committed to wanting to improve your life and wellbeing. Ideally, you will need to attend all six sessions and be willing to practice the techniques to get the full benefits.
