Our Pilates classes are physio led, giving you clinically guided, specific progressions ideal for those recovering from injury or those looking to improve or enhance physical performance and core strength.
Physio led Pilates classes are also available online . We provide different packages Pilates Only, Pilates Lite, Pregnancy Pilates and Post Natal Pilates and Premium Pilates Classes. Can these packages be linked to the online page, If a client clicks on to the desired package.
Improve posture and increase strength and flexibility with aerial yoga classes and have fun whilst getting fit! (We are unfortunately unable to offer this class at present due to the restriction of social distancing due to Covid19. When the restrictions are eased and it is safe to do so, we shall reindroduce our popular Aerial Yoga back at the Chapel.)

Our classes run in blocks of 6 at £48 and we encourage beginners to have a 1:1 session before starting a class.
This pregnancy pilates class is an ideal way to exercise safely throughout your pregnancy.
Led by our expert physio, Vicky, you will build strength, stamina and prepare your body for your new arrival.
If you have pelvic girdle pain then we advise having a 1:1 session with Vicky before commencing classes.
Post Natal Pilates
This course is perfect for new Mum’s anytime after your 6 week post natal check, designed to help your core and pelvic floor strengthen and help you progress in a safe way and guiding you which exercises to avoid.
Hatha Yoga – is a balanced yoga class with:

- Yoga Philosophy
- Breathing and Meditation Techniques
- Deep relaxation practices

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
It requires the use of the Suspension Trainer, a training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
