CLASS DETAILS

Get ready to defy gravity and have a blast doing it! Bungee Fitness is a high-energy, low-impact workout that blends cardio, strength, and full-body movement — all while you’re harnessed into a bungee cord system that supports your jumps, lunges, and lifts.

This class feels like flying, with the added bonus of a serious calorie burn. Think aerobics meets aerial — we’ll bounce, run, squat, and soar through choreographed routines designed to elevate your heart rate, strengthen your core, and boost your mood.

Perfect for anyone who wants a fun, joint-friendly workout with a twist (and a little airtime). Whether you’re new to bungee or ready to level up, you’ll leave feeling strong, sweaty, and smiling.
