7 Day Opening at the Chapel – A New Chapter

March 2026 is bringing you the biggest changes at the chapel since we opened our doors.

Considering, back in 2018, our classes were a grand total of 3 pilates classes and 1 yoga class per week. We acknowledge that our team back then was small and we honestly did not  really know if what we were doing was too big a risk. I mean, going from a bedroom at home to cashing my pension in, buying an old chapel, applying for a grant, renovating and fitting out the space into a 4 treatment, studio and reception space with physio, health and wellness at the heart of everything – what could possibly go wrong?! Don’t get me wrong, there have been a few bumps in the road and we have had, at times, very steep learning curves! But learn, we have. We have listened to our clients and our team, every step of  the way.

Fast forward to 2026, Tayloredfit Physio continues to evolve and grow

Primarily due to the amazing and loyal client base we have – and our fabulous team who continually go above and beyond to exceed client expectations, to meet people where they are at and to support them with their goals or health and wellness needs. Acknowledging, understanding, that a ‘one size fits all’ approach is the opposite of what we do, understanding that every single client comes through our doors with their own stories, medical histories, conditions and factors that have brought them to this place.

We are delighted to share with you, that from March 2026, we are opening our doors 7 days a week, enabling you to access more classes and more treatments at times that suit you and work with your life. Less to juggle, more time to focus on your health. We are bringing more value, more convenience, more choice and more variety.

You will see a 73% increase in the number of classes available! You will see the return of much loved aerial yoga as well as very exciting bungee fitness classes!

More yoga, more pilates and looking after mums to be and post partum ladies with Steph’s antenatal yoga and postnatal yoga classes.
