Hi, I’m Nathan Welsh, and I’m excited to be part of the team at Taylored Fit Physio. With a Master’s in Advanced Sports Performance Science and over a decade of experience working with athletes and soldiers, I bring a unique combination of expertise in physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and athletic performance.
I’ve had the privilege of working with Army rugby teams, providing physiotherapy and strength and conditioning support to help players recover from injuries and perform at their best. As a player of both rugby league and union myself, I understand the physical demands of these sports and the importance of tailored rehabilitation and training plans. My experience includes injury prevention, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and post-game recovery strategies, which I combine to help clients achieve their goals.
In my military career, I’ve worked extensively in reconditioning and rehabilitation for soldiers, designing programmes that bridge the gap between injury and peak physical readiness. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of how to optimise recovery and performance, whether for sports, military readiness, or everyday life.
