Join Steph for a calming evening of deep stretch, relaxation and mindful stillness.
This slow, meditative session is inspired by restorative and yin-style yoga, using long-held, gentle postures and guided relaxation to help the body fully release tension and the mind begin to unwind. Working at a quiet, unhurried pace, the session supports improved flexibility, reduced stress and a deeper sense of calm.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this evening is ideal for anyone looking to slow down, ease tightness, and create space to relax both physically and mentally in a supportive environment.
The evening finishes with tasty treats and refreshments, creating a calm and nourishing close.
