Beginners Physio Led Pilates Class
Perfect if you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break, this beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamentals of Pilates in a supportive, physiotherapy-led environment. Mark, Vicky and Lisa will guide you through each exercise, helping you develop core strength, improve posture and build confidence in your movement from the very beginning.
Mixed Ability Physio Led Pilates Class
Ideal for those with some previous Pilates experience, whether with us or elsewhere, this class offers a balanced and progressive approach to developing core strength, flexibility and control. Suitable if you’ve completed at least 6 weeks of beginner Pilates, sessions are adapted to different ability levels so you can continue to progress safely under expert physiotherapy-led guidance.
Class details
Our Pilates classes are 45-minutes long and are led by experienced physiotherapists. Each session includes a gentle warm-up, a structured programme of exercises, and time at the end for relaxation and recovery. Classes vary week to week, often focusing on a specific area of the body or movement goal—supporting improvements in posture, core stability, strength and overall function.
If you are recovering from injury, post-surgery, or unsure if Pilates is suitable for you, we recommend booking a 1:1 physiotherapy session before joining a class. You can book with Vicky, Mark or Lisa, or ask us about our online beginner’s workshop, which covers the key principles and foundations of Pilates.
