The pelvic floor plays an important role in bladder and bowel control, core stability, posture and everyday activities. However, many people are unsure how to correctly engage these muscles or whether they are exercising them effectively.
This supportive and informative session will guide you through Pilates-based exercises that focus on awareness, breathing, posture and pelvic floor activation, helping you build confidence in your body’s movement and function.
