North East Upledger CranioSacral Study Group
Our Upledger CranioSacral Study Group is a supportive, practitioner-led space dedicated to deepening understanding, refining skills and nurturing confidence in CranioSacral Therapy (CST).
Rooted in the principles and paradigms taught by the Upledger Institute, the group provides a calm, collaborative environment where learning continues well beyond formal training courses.
Led by Vicky Smith CST-T
Vicky is an Upledger CranioSacral Therapist and passionate about the work and supporting others during their learning, no matter what their level or expertise.
From those who have completed at least the 2 day Upledger introduction to CranioSacral Therapy right up to advanced practitioners, Vicky holds the space to allow learning to deepen in a safe and nurturing way.

What to expect – each session may include
- Case reflection and shared learning
- Guided discussions around CST principles and clinical applications
- Practical sessions revisiting key concepts and opportunities to revisit learning, deepen understanding and enable hands on learning
