CLASS DETAILS
Aerial Yoga
Take your practice into the air with this dynamic, mixed-level class. Combining yoga principles with elements of aerial movement, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness using the support of the aerial hammock.
Expect deep stretches, gentle inversions, and flowing sequences, with space to explore your own movement in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Aerial yoga can also offer sensory benefits for some neurodivergent individuals, with the gentle pressure of the hammock and rhythmic movement supporting focus, regulation, and body awareness.
Suitable for beginners.
Bungee Fitness
A fun, high-energy workout that feels like flying. Using a bungee harness system, you’ll combine cardio, strength, and movement through jumps, lunges, and choreographed routines.
It’s low-impact, joint-friendly, and designed to boost both fitness and mood—expect to leave feeling strong, energised, and uplifted.
