Mindful Movement Yoga (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
with Steph
A flowing, breath-led yoga class where movements are linked together in a smooth, continuous sequence to build strength, mobility and body awareness. Each session varies in pace and structure, with Steph adapting the class to suit all levels—from beginners to more experienced yogis.
This vinyasa-based class is designed to be inclusive and pregnancy-friendly, with appropriate options and modifications provided to support you safely at every stage.
Led by our experienced instructor Steph, this class offers a supportive and welcoming environment to move, stretch and unwind.
Please bring your own mat.
Yoga for Body, Breath and Mind (Wednesdays & Saturdays)
with Julie (weekly every Wednesday at 11am and Saturdays at 10am)

In ‘Move. Breathe. Be’ you’ll get to explore the traditional pathway of yoga, inclusive of asana, pranayama and pratyahara, and learn to develop ease and steadiness in your practice. The integration of breath and movement will bring a deep feeling of mindfulness, deepening capacity to watch over yourself, perhaps with kindness and compassion. This is a yoga practice that helps you meet yourself at your personal edge, supporting your mobility, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility. Slow Flow Yoga (Sundays)
A slower-paced, vinyasa-based yoga class designed to help you unwind, restore and reset at the end of the week. Movements are gently linked with the breath, allowing you time to build strength, improve flexibility and develop greater body awareness without feeling rushed.
This class is ideal for those looking for a more relaxed, mindful practice, and is suitable for all levels. As with our other vinyasa-based sessions, it is pregnancy-friendly, with supportive modifications available throughout.
Perfect for easing tension from the week just gone and preparing both body and mind for the week ahead.
