Hi, I’m Ella and I’m one of your friendly receptionists. I have been part of the Tayloredfit team since summer 2024.
As the eldest daughter of founders Mark and Vicky Smith, I’ve grown up around the clinic and know and understand the business inside out — clients say I am calm, friendly and welcoming when they arrive at reception.
Alongside my part time role with Tayloredfit, I am currently studying Criminology at Northumbria University and I also play football at uni, combining my academic studies with my love of sport – particularly football and formula 1. I’m also a huge animal lover and love our two golden retrievers, Monty and Brodie.
Whist I am an ad-hoc member of the team who is always happy to step in and support the clinic when I can, I will be predominantly at the chapel at the weekends, juggling shifts around my university commitments. I am very happy to be part of the Tayloredfit family and look forward to welcoming you soon.
