I am currently a student physiotherapist with a background as a fitness instructor and competitive sport which has shaped much of who I am today.
I play in the front row in rugby, a position that demands strength, resilience and accountability, and I am also a competitive powerlifter, holding a Junior British Record.
Competing in strength sports has given me a deep understanding of how the body adapts under load, as well as the importance of recovery, structure and attention to detail. I know what it takes to push performance safely and how frustrating setbacks can be, which is why I am passionate about helping others stay strong, recover effectively and continue progressing.
My hope is to continue to progress my career, using sports massage, physiotherapy within the musculoskeletal field and to be surrounded by other health care professionals who strive to exceed expectations with their clients.
For me, sports massage is about more than easing tight muscles. It is about supporting recovery, preventing injury and helping you move and feel better in everyday life. Whether you are an athlete, train in the gym, work a physically demanding job or are simply feeling the effects of a busy lifestyle, my goal is to help you move freely, reduce discomfort and feel confident in your body. I look forward to meeting you.
