CLASS DETAILS

Take your practice to the next level with this dynamic Aerial Yoga class designed for those with some experience in the air. Blending the grace of yoga with the strength and creativity of circus movement, this session builds on foundational skills to develop fluid transitions, core control, and body awareness.

Using the aerial hammock, we’ll explore deeper stretches, controlled inversions, and strength-building sequences that challenge your flexibility and focus. Expect elements of flow, creative sequencing, and space to explore your own movement style within a supportive and playful atmosphere.

This is your time in the air — move at your own pace, push your boundaries safely, and reconnect with your body through movement that is both grounded and free.

This class is suitable for beginners, it is a mixed level session
